The HCA will support nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take and record vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support nurses and doctors during examinations and treatments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help patients with feeding and ensure hydration and nutrition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor patient conditions and report changes to medical staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with transporting patients between departments or facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure medical supplies are stocked and equipment is clean and functional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide emotional support to patients and families.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications and Skills:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent (required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certification in Healthcare Assistance or similar field (preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but not essential).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in a team and under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working Conditions:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays may be required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical demands including lifting, standing, and moving patients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our healthcare team.
