Office Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our healthcare team. The HCA will support nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
• Support nurses and doctors during examinations and treatments.
• Help patients with feeding and ensure hydration and nutrition.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to medical staff.
• Assist with transporting patients between departments or facilities.
• Ensure medical supplies are stocked and equipment is clean and functional.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Certification in Healthcare Assistance or similar field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but not essential).
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
